Very clean and good location. The room is spacious with everything you might need. In the closet, we found a sewing kit and a shoe brush (Shoe polisher also available in the hallway). Curtains are thick and placed in a way that allows to block all sunlight. Safe in the room has enough space for everything, same goes for the fridge. Decent selection of teas (only instant coffee available) and a working kettle. Bed is very comfortable and warm. Staff listened to the notes left in the room and seemed to be polite. Rooms seem to be soundproof. With kids next to our room, we did not hear anything coming out. Shower amenities are plentiful, lots of shampoo and bodywash that smells good, lots of towels. The first floor also contains kids' corners and seems to be full of fun games for the kids to enjoy. The elevator is fast and gets you to your floor in seconds! Overall, i would say it was a pleasant experience. P.S. things that we didn't get to try but are available: - Breakfast delivered to your room (You have 2 broschures with choices you leave out on the door handle with time of when to bring the food) The ironing board is located on the floors but also can be brought into your room on request.

Great location, super accesible. Breakfast was tasty and a good variety of different food. Size of the room was excellent for us as a family of 4, all clean and working properly. It has a small room for kids with toys, books and some other things for them which is a "life saver" for parents ;) Food in the restaurant is good and service in general is good. Overall price vs benefit is fully accomplished, great pleace to stay for leisure or business. They have several shoe cleaners in every floor (very useful if you are in a business trip) and an iron room in third floor (not sure if every floor has one). I was using the common area to connect for work and has very good internet speed, several connections and several very comfortable places to sit and focus.

The hotel exceeded all of our expectations in terms of value for money, the facilities, breakfast, staff, bar, and the overall vibe of the place. We were welcomed on arrival, with a fast and efficient check in process. The staff were always on hand to answer any questions or to fulfil any requests. They were all very friendly and helpful. This was also the case for the bar and restaurant staff. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with plenty of options for the vegans and coeliacs in my group. We all left happy and satisfied. Specifically, I'd like to mention Ania who checked us in and was on hand to help throughout our stay. She was super helpful, friendly and kind, and is a credit to the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many restaurants in the vicinity with delicious food, and also a fifteen-minute walk from the central station. And half an hour's walk from the old city. A large, clean, quiet hotel, they upgraded our room. So we got a big comfortable room. comfortable bed. The shower has two types of showers, one overhead and the other removable - both are excellent and give a relaxing experience.

After reading endless reviews for many hotels I'm so glad I chose mercure grand! My staying there was just perfect (stayed for 2 weeks). It's 5min walk from the center but still in a very quiet location. The staff is really nice and the rooms are big and comfortable. There are so many places around like cocktail bars good restaurants and public transportation. I wil definitely come again.
